Helix Jump unblocked: play Helix Jump online free right here in your browser — no download, no sign-up, works on a school Chromebook.

Helix Jump is a one-button arcade drop with no button at all. A ball bounces on the spot at the top of a tall tower, and your only job is to turn that tower so the ball lands in the gaps and falls to the next platform down. Each ring of the tower is a disc with a slice missing; line the gap up under the ball and it drops through, miss and it simply bounces again.

The catch is the colour. Most of every disc is safe, but some segments are red, and landing on one ends the run. As you go deeper the gaps get narrower, the red patches grow and the layouts stop being forgiving. A run lasts anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes, which is exactly why people say "one more go" and lose twenty minutes.

On Murlokio, where the headline game is the slow, build-driven Murloc RPG, Helix Jump is the palate cleanser: no stats, no inventory, nothing to remember between sessions. You open it, drop as far as you can, and close it again.

How to play

Steer by rotating the tower, not the ball. The controls listed for this build are the left and right arrow keys or A and D, and on a phone you tap and swipe. Whichever you use, the idea is the same: nudge the tower a little at a time so a gap slides under the ball just as it falls.

A round goes like this. The ball falls through a gap, bounces on the next disc, and you rotate to line up the next gap. Passing several discs in a row without touching one builds a fast-falling streak, and in that state the ball can smash straight through the ordinary segments below it. The red ones still end you. Reaching the bottom of the tower clears the level and starts a taller one.

Tips

  1. Make small, early turns. Big last-second rotations are how the ball ends up on a red patch.
  2. Look one disc ahead while the ball is still in the air; the next gap is the one you need to be lining up, not the one you are falling through.
  3. Do not chase the streak at the cost of safety. A clean, steady descent beats a smash attempt that lands you on red.
  4. On a touch screen, short swipes give finer control than long ones.

Similar games on Murlokio

Helix Jump is a reflex game, so it sits apart from most of the catalogue. Knightmare Tower is the closest in spirit, a vertical, keep-moving arcade run with a knight instead of a ball. Stick Hero RPG also rewards quick timing in short sessions, while Apple Knight and Chibi Knight are the better picks when you want actual levels and fighting.

It suits short breaks, a phone in one hand, or a quick score to beat a friend's.

Questions about Helix Jump

Is Helix Jump unblocked at school?

Helix Jump runs in an ordinary browser tab from murlokio.com, with nothing to download or install, so it plays on most school Chromebooks and work computers. If a network filter blocks the site, only that network's administrator can change it.

How do I control Helix Jump?

You rotate the tower rather than move the ball. This build lists the left and right arrow keys or A and D, and on a phone you tap and swipe.

What do the red segments do?

Landing on a red segment ends your run. Aim the ball at the gaps or the safe coloured parts of each disc.

Does Helix Jump work on a phone or Chromebook?

Yes. It runs in the browser, and touch swipes work on a phone or a touch-screen Chromebook.

Is Helix Jump free?

Yes, it is free to play in your browser on murlokio.com with no download or account.
